Admission Criteria

To join theItalian Culinary Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma (a background in hospitality is a plus)
  • Experience: At least 1 year of documented experience in the hospitality industry (for those already working in the field)
  • Eligibility: Ability to study in the EU
  • Age: Between 18 and 45 years old
  • Language: Intermediate English proficiency

Certification

Students who successfully complete the in-school training phase with at least 80% attendance will qualify for the final examination and receive aDiploma in Italian Culinary Arts.

Optional Internship (10 Weeks): Extend your training by working in top-tier Milanese restaurants or luxury hotels to apply what you've learned in a real-world setting. Note that the internship is not included in the tuition fee and is optional.
