The trademark is exclusively owned by Gourmet Institute S.r.l.

Code of Ethics and Model 231

Gourmet Institute S.r.l. adopts a Code of Ethics and an Organizational, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and subsequent amendments.

The Code of Ethics, available for consultation and download here, establishes the fundamental principles that guide the behavior of employees, administrators, collaborators, clients, suppliers, and anyone interacting with the entity.

Any violations of Model 231 or the Code of Ethics can be reported to the Supervisory Body, including anonymously, by sending an email to: ammin@gourmetinstitute.it.
