Cooking team building in Milan: a fun and educational experience

Strengthen collaboration and improve your team dynamics with a unique team building experience in the kitchen in Milan, at the Congusto Institute. Located in the heart of Dergano-Bovisa, the cooking school offers engaging and customizable activities, ideal for middle and top managers.

Led by professional chefs, participants will face culinary challenges that stimulate creativity, teamwork and time management, in a 3-hour experience, culminating with a final tasting to celebrate the achievements achieved together.

  • Participants will be divided into groups and, with the help of our chefs, will prepare a course of the assigned menu. The goal is to improve coordination and teamwork, through the application of Italian cooking techniques. At the end, participants will be able to taste the menu created.

    BRIGADE MENU

  • Teams compete in preparing the same recipes, testing organizational skills, speed of execution and precision. The format is designed to stimulate collaboration under pressure and evaluate performance in a competitive context.

    TEAM RACE

  • Each team receives a basket of surprise ingredients. The task is to create new dishes following the instructions provided. This format is useful for developing creativity, problem-solving and the ability to work with limited resources.
