Exclusive and tailor-made teaching one-on-one with the Chef.
Congusto Institute offers private lessons with selected teachers and professional chefs. Lessons are structured to meet the individual needs of students or companies, offering tailor-made and exclusive training. The rate includes all necessary educational materials and access to the Congusto by Italian Gourmet library.
- PRIVATE: Personalized cooking lessons with maximum flexibility of timing and programming. Frequency expected on a weekday (from Monday to Friday) and time slot (morning, afternoon or evening) agreed with the customer. Direct involvement in the recipe preparation process together with the teacher and tasting of the prepared dishes. Delivery of a certificate of participation at the end of private lessons.
- COMPANIES: "Tailor made" courses for companies, with program and calendar agreed based on specific purposes and availability. Possibility of holding courses in English. Flexibility in choosing the training location, which can be at Congusto in Milan, directly at the company or online. Each employee who participates in the company course will receive a certificate of participation.
For private individuals, rates start from €200 + VAT/h pax (minimum 4 hours) depending on the program.
