Congusto Institute is a technical partner of Panettone Day . The competition, promoted by Braims in partnership with Novacart, is in collaboration with Callebaut, 1895 by Lavazza and Vitalfood. The exclusive contest was created to reward the best artisanal Panettone and celebrate the excellence of Italian pastry making. The 2023 edition is the eleventh since the contest was born. Registrations officially closed on June 3rd, to allow the panettone to arrive to be evaluated and to give the jury of experts from the pastry world the opportunity to meet on the day. June 15th for the selection at the Milanese school.
The jury of excellence of Panettone Day guest of Congusto
The jury is headed by Maestro Gino Fabbri and will decree i 15 best Traditional Panettone, the 5 best Creative Sweets and the 5 best Gold Chocolate who will advance to the final. Among the other jurors we find all prominent names on the gastronomic scene including the starred chef Carlo Cracco , the pastry chef Marco Pedron , currently free lance consultant and Pastry Director of the Congusto Institute, Adriano Del Mastro , leavening expert, Marta Boccanera , who with her partner and partner, received the "best pastry chefs in the world" award and Giordano Berettini , winner of the Panettone Day 2022 edition.
The dates of the Temporary Store Panettone Day
The The winners of each category will be announced on 12 September in the splendid Sala Mengoni di Cracco in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan. From 3 to 28 October the finalists' Panettone will be on sale in Temporary Store Panettone Day . A highly prestigious showcase, a point of sale which as usual will be in Corso Garibaldi at the corner of Via Palermo 21 in Milan. An exclusive location right in one of the most loved and frequented streets of Milan by many Italian and foreign visitors.
