Congusto Institute turns 20! And, like any self-respecting birthday, we take stock, analyze what has been, but then look to the future to project ourselves towards what will be. Meanwhile, a rebranding phase is underway, there is a new logo designed by Studio Vedèt and a new website will soon be online to accommodate an increasingly contemporary training offer aimed at the needs of a rapidly changing market. The evolution that has taken place over time has highlighted a foresight and maturity that has placed at the centre, first the art of receiving and the diffusion of cooking as a culture, and then focusing on high training in the field of catering, in times that are not yet suspicious .
The Milan Campus turns 20
It was 2003 when Federico Lorefice began his journey as training manager. Behind him, although very young, he has around twenty years of experience in the world of events and publishing. He founded Congusto together with the entrepreneur Daniel Stoico to start a project which immediately aimed to bring people closer to cooking and pastry making with a different approach. Connecting good food and the world of design, art and cooking, the gastronomic experience and the cultural and artistic aspects of the table and of good living . Today, that path that started 20 years ago has consolidated Congusto as the first Campus of high-level professional food and wine training where young talents, future chefs, pastry chefs, bakers and restaurant managers study with the greatest masters of Italian cuisine. Without forgetting a space dedicated to cooking courses for enthusiasts.
We have helped many professionals grow
A goal achieved with no small effort: « We have come a long way - say Federico Lorefice and Daniel Stoico - we feel very responsible for the project we have conceived, we are a professional training center accredited by the Lombardy Region , which has grown and evolved in recent years. We are aware of this role and the reason that brings our students here. They are young people who also entrust their future in our hands. And this aspect guides every daily choice ." Congusto Institute is the cooking school dedicated to culture and innovation in gastronomic disciplines and operates under the educational direction of Roberto Carcangiu, chef, consultant and president of APCI and Master Pastry Chef Marco Pedron. The teaching staff boasts the most qualified and experienced chefs, pastry chefs, bakers and trainers of national and international importance, ready to transfer knowledge, passion and skills with a multidisciplinary vision. The educational offering has expanded and evolved, enriching itself with exclusive contents and "starred" teachers. Speakers in the classrooms included, among others, masters of the caliber of Luigi Biasetto, Gianluca Fusto, Ernst Knam, Vincenzo Tiri, and chefs including Cesare Battisti, Eugenio Boer, Elio Sironi and many others.
