She dreamed of becoming an archaeologist, she graduated in Cultural Heritage Sciences and, after her first excavation, in Ostia, she decided to follow what was, in reality, a new passion that however burned more: pastry making.
During the Covid period, Marta had, in fact, started preparing desserts for her mother who had embraced, for the first time, the vegan diet. Day after day, experiment after experiment, her enthusiasm grew, until she wanted a change in life: to become a pastry chef. So she enrolled in the Professional Pastry Course at the Congusto Institute, studied for three months, trained as a professional and at the end of this course she was chosen for an internship in the pastry shop of Café Cracco and was, finally, hired, thus fulfilling her dream. Marta is only 25 years old, she has a great career waiting for her and in her future she sees a specialization in vegan, gluten-free and intolerant desserts and, perhaps, a pastry shop of her own. In the meantime, she is enjoying her experience at Cracco , a place where she has found a lot of expertise and a nice close-knit team, led by pastry chef Daniele Fiora who was able to welcome her and make her feel part of the team.
We bet we'll hear a lot about her!
